1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services, programs, events, materials, or the website (righteouspeopleworldwide.com) provided by Righteous People Worldwide LLC (“RPW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services or website.

3. Eligibility
Our programs and services are intended for persons 18 years of age or older. By registering or participating, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Services and Programs
RPW provides sports and youth-development programs, training, events, and related activities (collectively, “Programs”). Program descriptions, dates, locations, fees, and requirements are posted on our website or communicated directly. RPW reserves the right to modify Program content, schedules, instructors, or venues as needed.
5. Registration and Enrollment
Registration is required for participation in Programs. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. RPW may require forms, waivers, medical details, emergency contact information, and consent for participation.
6. Payments, Fees, and Donations
Any fees, payments, or donations must be paid according to the method and schedule specified at registration. All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy or as required by law. RPW may change fees at any time; changes will not affect fees already paid for confirmed registrations.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
RPW may cancel or reschedule Programs due to low enrollment, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances. If RPW cancels a Program, you will be offered a refund, credit toward another Program, or an alternative per RPW’s discretion. Requests for refunds due to voluntary withdrawal must be made in writing; refunds (if any) will be handled according to RPW’s policies.
8. Health, Safety, and Medical Information
You must disclose medical or health conditions, allergies, medications, or accommodations necessary for safe participation. You consent to emergency medical treatment if required. RPW is not responsible for medical costs incurred due to injury or illness sustained during participation.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants, guests, and volunteers must behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and property. RPW may refuse participation or remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior without refund.
10. Media, Photos, and Publicity
By participating in Programs or visiting RPW events, you grant RPW a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use photographs, video, audio, and other media that include your likeness for promotional, educational, fundraising, and reporting purposes, unless you notify RPW in writing at rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com (mailto:rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com) prior to the event.
11. Background Checks and Volunteer Screening
RPW conducts background checks and screening for staff and volunteers as part of safety procedures. By applying to volunteer or work with RPW, you consent to such screenings. RPW handles background-check results confidentially in accordance with applicable law.
12. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on RPW’s website and Program materials (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) is owned or licensed by RPW and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
14. Disclaimers
Programs are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. RPW does not guarantee outcomes, results, or uninterrupted access to Services. RPW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPW and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in Programs or use of the website, even if RPW has been advised of the possibility of such damages. RPW’s aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees paid by the participant for the relevant Program.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RPW and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligent or willful acts, or your participation in Programs.
17. Termination and Suspension
RPW may suspend or terminate your access to Programs or the website at any time for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or other reasons. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
18. Changes to Terms
RPW may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date on our website. Your continued use of Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement), constitute the entire agreement between you and RPW regarding the subject matter herein.
