Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Policy summary
All payments, fees, and donations made to Righteous People Worldwide LLC are non‑refundable under all circumstances, except where Righteous People Worldwide (RPW) has made an administrative or processing error that results in an incorrect charge.
2. What qualifies as a refundable error
A refund may be issued only when RPW determines, after review, that:
- An incorrect amount was charged due to our error; or
- A duplicate payment was processed due to our error.
3. How to request a review
If you believe an error has occurred, contact us within 30 days of the charge with:
- Your name and contact information
- Date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the issue

4. Review process
RPW will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and will investigate. We may request documentation to verify the charge. RPW aims to complete reviews within 30 days of receiving all required information.
5. Refund methods and timing
If RPW determines a refund is warranted, we will issue the refund to the original payment method or, if not possible, by an alternative method at our discretion. Refund processing times depend on the payment processor and banking institutions.
6. No other exceptions
Except as stated above, RPW does not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for program withdrawals, missed sessions, event cancellations by participants, or changes in personal circumstances.
