Righteous People Worldwide LLC — Shipping & Uniform Distribution Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Overview
Righteous People Worldwide LLC does not offer shipping for uniforms or apparel. All uniforms are distributed in person.
2. Distribution timing
Uniforms will be handed out at practice one week before the first scheduled gameplay for each season.
3. Distribution location
Uniforms will be distributed at the designated practice location and time communicated to participants and guardians by RPW staff.
4. Requirement for pickup
Participants (or their authorized representative) must be present at the scheduled distribution. If you cannot attend, notify RPW in advance at rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com (mailto:rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com) to arrange an alternative in-person pickup at RPW’s discretion.
5. No-shipping confirmation
Under no circumstances will RPW ship uniforms to participants, families, or third parties.
6. Lost or damaged uniforms
Report lost or damaged uniforms to rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com (mailto:rpww@righteouspeopleworldwide.com). Replacement requests will be handled according to RPW’s inventory and replacement procedures; replacements are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
